A coaching trajectory
After an intake interview with Bepper, you must first decide whether you think you are in the right place. On our part, we will also indicate whether we think we can help you or that you might be better off finding support elsewhere. If we bothe agree, we basically plan a coaching process of 6 sessions.
These sessions are planned once at a time. So we only plan the next one during the preceding session. Initially the sessions will take place every week, but as the trajectory continues and / or prolongs, intervals may be longer if desired. That is, of course, all in consultation and on the basis of possibilities on both sides.
A session for 1 person takes 75 minutes. Other options and variations can be found on our rates page.
NB: At Bepper it is the rule that you always indicate before the last session if you want to stop. Whether that is the 6th session of the coaching process or a separate session. We always want one last session after the announcement that you have decided to want to stop. We do not want to let you go suddenly and without reason. After all, we are building a mutual relationship. Sometimes an impulsive thought or action is difficult to reverse at a later time. Sometimes it is only a question of finances, for which we may find a solution.
Also, sometimes session can be relatively confusing or difficult. This could lead to a decision to ‘escape’ or break away that may not be desirable afterwards. By a final session that is clearly the last session for all parties, we can check these things together and complete the process for both parties. Then the chances are that it is really well finalized, for you and your coach.
Of course we will always respect your desire to stop and sometimes also encourage or initiate that. But care and aftercare is very important to us and gives a better feeling afterwards, for everyone involved.
