Improve Communication

One of the most important things of human interaction is communication. Communication can be learned. Learn to practice and understand how you, or you together, can communicate better.

communication You communicate in many ways. With your words, your intonation, your expression, your attitude, your behavior, what you did, or do afterwards, who is present, on paper, via social media and more.

No matter how good you are or seem to be aware of what you are doing, there is always a majority that you do unconsciously. And even if you could be 100% aware of your own way of communicating, the way in which it it is perceived by the other person could also evoke very different reactions.

Every situation has a different degree of (dis) tension and thus a different effect on communication, in whatever form. Yet there are ways that can help you to ensure that frustrations develop less rapid, that tensions can disappear and escalations be prevented.

Are you practicing in this workshop? It could just be fun. Effective in any case.

In this workshop we will have a somewhat practical approach, although some of the subjects can of course be sensitive. There is certainly attention for that.
