Team-coaching, Team-building and Project-building
The coaching-goal can, for instance, be to improve collaboration and / or communication, or to (better) distribute tasks and responsibilities, to investigate what is required to succeed a project or.
Our coaching-method reveals what is possible or how people think differently and. thus, makes communication about a subject easier. Everyone in the team participates because there are no entrance-barriers and our method works visually and with tangible means.
The method helps to focus without conflict and without delay, and to really work together on achieving the desired improvement or the direction to be chosen.
The method promotes the ownership of the team members, provides more mutual understanding and stimulates finding the best approach by the team members. This increases overview, insight and motivation and that all benefits the cooperation and, ultimately, the project.
Aim of the TEAMbuilding and / or PROJECT building;
- improvement in cooperation
- improvement all communication in all ways (online and offline, behavior, words, intonation, reliability, speed, etc.)
- optimal organization of a project through the right deployment of people, ways, means and frameworks
- promoting ownership and a sense of responsibility with regard to the person, the team members and the goal

We work with a maximum of 9 people per trainer when using a custom-made Bepper TEAM building or PROJECT building approach. With more people or multiple teams this activity can be booked multiple times.
The method is suitable for all layers of the organization. An intake interview takes place in advance, with at least one hour to talk about the situation and goal(s). This is how we individually design the activity to achieve the most effective result possible.
In addition to the use of the Bepper Balance Method for Team-Building and tailor-made workshops for teams, it is also possible to coach the people in a team individually AND as a whole. Of course, much more attention is paid to the individual in the team. By combining attention to the individual and the approach of the team as a whole with the Bepper Balance method, a very good, stable and balanced result is usually achieved.
